Dick Bruna Huis & de Haar Castle

Today we visited Utrecht and went to dick burna huis, the author of the Miffy books. His name is spelt this way on his books and in the museum. A really great interactive place for children from an author who is apparently as popular as Roald Dahl. We then walked the Main Street to Dom Square before jumping in the car to de Haar Castle. This castle has been in the same family since 1300's and is still lived in during certain times of the year. No photos allowed inside of course, but very fascinating. Well off man marries very rich parisian against both families wishes. He can then do up the castle accordingly ... And so remains today.

Flintstones car we discovered out biking last night. Very cool!
